🛠️ Workshops & Panels – NILIS Research Symposium 2025


The NILIS Research Symposium 2025 will include a variety of workshops, webinars, panel discussions, and interactive sessions that explore key areas related to the symposium theme:
“Innovative Libraries, Inclusive Communities: Building Bridges on the Digitalization Roadmap.”

These sessions are expected to cover topics such as:

  • Digital literacy and community empowerment
  • Emerging technologies in libraries (e.g., AI, AR/VR)
  • Inclusive information practices
  • Innovations in education, librarianship, and knowledge management

Sessions will be held from 01st October to 31st October 2025. The final schedule will include workshop titles, speakers, and audience information.

✉️ Call for Workshop and Panel Proposals

If you are interested in conducting a workshop, panel discussion, or pre-conference webinar, we warmly invite you to submit a proposal through the official submission form. Proposed activities may be fee-based or offered free of charge, subject to review and approval.

NILIS will provide the venue for in-person events and, if required, a Zoom link for online sessions. All members of the organizing team are required to register individually for the symposium as participants.

A formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlining roles, responsibilities, and terms of collaboration will be signed between NILIS and the organizing party prior to the event.

Proposals must be submitted by 20 July 2025 and should align with the symposium theme.
