NILIS Library

NILIS library is a feature-rich information center. It is also a research laboratory and a learning space for NILIS students. Designed like an information commons, most of the time it is used for teaching practical skills; types of information sources, literary genres, cataloging and classification, etc. We thrive hard to build a valuable ‘Library and Information Science Collection’.

NILIS library has a well-curated fiction collection in Sinhala and English too. This paves way for students to study literature as a social and cultural artifact. The library also collects award-winning movies.

The head of the Library is Mr. Uditha Alahakoon.
