Call for Contributions
1. Oral and Poster Presentations
Share your original research through an oral or poster presentation at the NILIS Research Symposium 2025. This category is ideal for researchers who wish to disseminate completed or near-complete research to a wider academic audience. Accepted abstracts will be published in the official proceedings.
2. Workshop and Panel Proposals
Propose an interactive workshop or a thematic panel discussion. These sessions are designed to foster dialogue, skill-building, and expert exchange on current trends and practical topics. Ideal for facilitators and subject experts seeking to engage with participants in a hands-on or discussion-driven format.
3. Concept Papers for the ‘Research Incubator Forum’
The research incubator forum will be physically held on 31 October 2025 from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon at the NILIS, University of Colombo premises. All researchers, including postgraduate students are invited to submit concept papers outlining research-in-progress. This dedicated forum offers constructive feedback and mentorship from experts and peers to help develop early-stage ideas into full research projects. It will also be a platform to identify research collaborators.
